BRIAN BOYLES

Pastor Brian was born into a Mormon family in Charlotte, North Carolina in 1976. He formally left Mormonism and gave his heart to Christ in 1998. Within two years he was able to lead his own father to Christ as well as accept God’s call to ministry. He earned a BA in Biblical Studies, with a focus on Christian Philosophy, from Southern Evangelical College in 2009 and completed his Masters of Divinity, with a focus on original biblical languages, theology and preaching, in 2011. He is currently planning for a doctoral degree.

Brian has served as the Senior Pastor of Church on Main (formerly First Baptist Snellville) for eight years. Previously he carried the same title for historic Northside Baptist Church in Charlotte, NC from 2009-2014 while serving as the President of Northside Christian Academy simultaneously. Prior to Northside, he held a number of pastoral positions at Charlotte’s Hickory Grove Baptist Church. Brian currently holds a position on the Board of Directors for “Build the Village Ministries” - a ministry that builds Christian schools, orphanages and churches throughout Kenya.

Pastor Brian has been married to his wife, Amy, since 2004 and God has blessed them with two wonderful children; a daughter, Elizabeth Anne, and son, Jackson.

core values

we follow jesus.

We believe the blood of Jesus Christ, shed on the cross, provides the sole basis for the forgiveness of sin. God freely offers salvation to those placing their faith in the life, death and resurrection of Jesus and commit to follow Him.

we believe the Bible.

The Holy Bible was written by men divinely inspired and is God’s revelation of Himself to man. As the inspired Word of God, we believe the Bible is without error.

we grow in groups.

We believe we were not made to do life alone. Through weekly programming, Life Groups and D-Groups we seek intentional relationships with one another and growth in our walk with God.

we give generously.

We give, not out of obligation, but out of gratitude—acknowledging that everything we possess is a gift from God.

WE INVEST IN OTHERS.

We have all experienced the grace of God through someone else’s service. By investing your time and attention, your gifts can be an instrument of God’s grace in someone else’s life.
