Q. Are there processing fees associated with my gift?

A. Yes, every donation has a transaction fee deducted. By checking the option to "cover processing fee" (below contribution information), youll cover that fee and First Baptist Church Snellville will receive 100% of your original donation amount.

Q. If I cover the processing fee, will I receive contribution credit?

A. Absolutely!

Q. Are the FBCS website and Giving Link secure with my information?

A. Our website and giving links are absolutely secure!

Q. What is the most effective and secure way to give online?

A. Using your bank routing number and account number is the most cost effective way to give online. The fees are 2.7% plus .50 cents. HOWEVER, it is capped at $2.50 max.

Q. Is it okay to use a debit or credit card?

A. Using a debit or credit card is accepted, however, the church is charged 2.7% plus .50 cents AND THERE IS NO CAP.

Q. Can I set up my gift(s) as "recurring"?

A. Yes! Your gift can be set to, "weekly, biweekly, or monthly"

Q. Why does my bank statement/credit card statement read, "Simple Donation" or, "Austin, Texas or TX"?

A. The FBCS Online Giving Platform, "Simple Donation", is based in Austin, TX. The contributions are processed there and then sent to First Snellville's Banking partner for deposit. No need to be worried if you see this on your bank statement.
