"We are generous"

    GIVE NOW     Multiple Fund giving

Generosity is one of our core values at First Baptist Snellville. We give, not out of obligation, but out of gratitude, acknowledging that everything we possess is a gift from God. At First Baptist, we want you to experience the joy of cheerful giving, not because of what we want from you, but because of what we want for you.

Online giving frequently asked questions

What is tithing?

Tithing is an important part of our obedience to God and is found throughout the Bible. What can reveal a person’s true heart more than money (Luke 12:34)? Tithing is an act of worship. The Bible speaks so strongly of tithing that it is the only place in Scripture where God tells us to put Him to test (Malachi 3:10). From the Bible we see that tithing is the “first fruits” of our income and represents ten percent of our earnings, but why stop there? Tithing is the minimum for those who follow Jesus, but we should strive to give sacrificially; above and beyond. Proverbs 11:24, Mark 12:41-44, Proverbs 3:9, Leviticus 27:3
